Youll bring a calm, compassionate approach and excellent communication skills as you lead the team on our Residential and Residential Dementia communities.In this role, youll lead the care team, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Youll dispense and administer medication safely and work closely with our Nursing and Management teams to ensure residents receive the best possible support every day.
