Your new roleAs the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating a cohesive programme plan from multiple existing strands of work. Reporting to the Head of Programme - Transformation, you'll lead delivery efforts, manage interdependencies, and ensure robust governance and stakeholder engagement throughout.Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining a comprehensive programme planLeading project delivery across departmentsManaging risks, issues, and benefits realisationSupporting governance and reporting to senior stakeholdersFacilitating collaborative working across internal teams and external partnersThis is an urgent appointment requiring an immediate start.What you'll need to succeedWe're seeking a resilient, strategic professional who thrives in complex and politically sensitive environments.
