This role supports the IT Asset Manager in maintaining accurate records of all IT assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and plays a key part in the end-to-end lifecycle of IT equipment from procurement and delivery to decommissioning. The successful candidate will help ensure the right equipment is available at the right time and location, delivering value to the business through effective vendor coordination and global stock visibility.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in the CMDB, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standardsSupport IT procurement processes, including raising purchase requests, tracking orders, and liaising with suppliersCoordinate with delivery teams and logistics partners to ensure timely availability of equipment across global locationsWork with suppliers to negotiate and secure best-value deals for Clarks, aligned with business needs and budgetTrack and manage stock levels at multiple global locations, ensuring visibility and readiness for deploymentCollaborate with retail IT hardware support vendors to monitor equipment availability for store openings and break/fix scenariosAssist in asset audits, reconciliation activities, and reporting to support compliance and operational efficiencyQualificationsITIL Foundation certification or higherStrong understanding of CMDB principles and asset lifecycle managementHands-on experience with IT Service Management tools (e.g., IFS Assyst, ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent)Familiarity with corporate procurement processes and vendor managementProven experience working with global logistics companies for equipment delivery and trackingExcellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and organisational skillsEffective communication skills to collaborate across technical teams, suppliers, and business
