Role: IT Infrastructure ManagerSkills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.Location: Northwich, Cheshire 2 days per week on siteSalary: 60,000 to 65,000Benefits: Excellent Pension, BonusA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to join a fast-growing financial organisation and play a pivotal role in their future growth.Although the company are an ambitious, they have managed to maintain that family-friendly style of management that has resulted with a very low staff turnover and excellent culture.About the RoleYou will take responsibility for a team of seven including a small team of three 1st/2nd line support analysts.You will manage all the day to day operations of the helpdesk and infrastructure support providing the team with a 3rd line escalation point.You will lead and manage infrastructure projects both for their UK and international offices as well as ensuring all the systems are running optimally with a keen eye on service delivery.You will use your hands on skills in MS365, VMWare, Servers and Networking to share knowledge and develop the team.What Were Looking ForWe would expect you to have at least three years experience in a leading a support team.This is a hands-on role so we would look for you to be proficient in Microsoft OS, M365, SQL, VMware and Veeam as well as have some networking knowledge.On top of this we are looking for strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities with a track record in delivering infrastructure projects.You will need to be commutable to Norwich as this role is hybrid, based in the office two days a week.Why Join them?This is an exciting leadership role in an organisation that values forward thinking and innovation.
