Job Description

We are a long-established, fast growing, medium-sized wholesale company, specialising mainly in seasonal products, & mostly of our own design (Additionally, we are active in the Christmas and gift market . A large slice of our business comes through our B2B website site. We are also actively increasing our B2C engagement. We seek a Stock Controller Merchandiser. The task will be to guide the Purchasing Service departments to optimise stock levels .This an ideal opportunity for an ambitious, numerate person, with the personal skills to work in a small department. Friendly, creative atmosphere. Central London based. CV's to: responsibilities:Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple locations .Analyse sales and inventory data optimise stock replenishment Create and maintain dashboards.Use excel to perform advanced data analysis, forecasting, and trend identification.Collaborate with stakeholders , to ensure product availability.Identify slow-moving or overstocked items recommend action plans.Support promotional planning and seasonal stock strategies.Requirements:•Proven experience in stock merchandising or inventory management•Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts )•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities•Excellent Communication, organisational skills & decision making•Ideally have Retail and wholesale knowledge•Adaptability and open to change•Problem solving•Encourage innovation
