You'll play a vital role in ensuring that all products meet exacting quality standards and comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Working closely with production teams, you'll oversee inspections, manage first-off approvals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role that's ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right. Key Responsibilities Conduct visual inspections, dimensional checks, and quality measurements to confirm compliance with product specifications. Oversee the first-off approval process and perform regular in-process checks. Identify and report any quality issues or deviations immediately to prevent waste and rework. Isolate non-conforming materials and follow up on corrective actions (rework, release, or scrap). Carry out regular quality walks across production lines to maintain consistent standards. Support best-practice methods such as 5S, error-proofing, and standardised work. Deliver training and guidance on quality procedures and inspection methods. Maintain and update SOPs, quality alerts, and key quality metrics (KPIs).
