Merchandiser – Luxury Jewellery (Hybrid, London)Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, Hatton Garden HQ)Reporting to: Head of MerchandisingBrands: A&B, Diamonds Factory, SacetAbout the RoleNeve Jewels Group is redefining modern luxury with three distinctive brands: A&B, Diamonds Factory, and Sacet. We are seeking a commercially minded Merchandiser to join our team and play a key role in shaping product ranges, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional results across both retail and digital channels.This role combines analytical insight with commercial strategy, allowing you to influence decisions that directly impact our growth and customer experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Buyer in developing seasonal product strategies aligned to business goals and customer needs.Using historical and in-season trading data to influence range building, option planning, and market differentiation.Set and manage weekly, seasonal, and annual sales and profit targets split by category, channel and market.Deliver clear, concise weekly trade reporting and commentary on sales, margin and AOV with recommendations to drive performance.Manage markdown and promotional activity that aligns to the trade calendar whilst protecting margin and supporting sales growth.Collaborate with supply chain, logistics and retail to manage the inventory, proactively identifying recommendations to clear through.Support both the retail and digital teams to deep dive into categories and markets to understand sales trends and identify growth opportunities.What We’re Looking ForStrong experience in merchandising, ideally within jewellery, fashion, or accessories.Proven track record in sales and margin planning, and commercial performance management.Solid understanding of merchandising principles, range development, and product lifecycle management.Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decisions based on data.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Advanced Excel skills.Why Join Neve Jewels GroupCareer Growth: Be part of a fast-growing business where your contributions matter and your ideas are valued.Collaborative Culture: Work in a supportive, transparent environment that encourages innovation and excellence.Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in our vibrant Hatton Garden office.Flexi Hours: Start your day between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and finish between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.Healthcare & Perks: Comprehensive private healthcare and access to Perkbox for exclusive discounts and wellbeing benefits. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
