As a Production Line Leader, you will need to have: Good communication and leadership skills A good level of English (written and verbal) Good understanding of basic Maths Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines (Desirable) Previous experience in a similar role within the fruit or food production industry Details: Salary: Based on experience from 13.45 - 15.27 per hour Working Hours: Full-time Location: Nickle Farm, Chartham, Canterbury, Kent.
