Optimize campaigns for efficiency and ROI using data-driven strategies, predictive modeling, and A/B testing. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and booking funnel performance. Leverage analytics tools to report on KPIs and build dashboards for internal stakeholders. Support segmentation and targeting efforts to improve personalization, retargeting, and conversion rates.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Performance Marketing & Channel ExecutionPlan, manage, and optimise paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platformsRun and optimise SEM initiatives with strong attention to CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROASCoordinate with affiliate networks to grow publishers, and maximise reach and conversionsCollaborate with content and creative teams to develop ad copies, landing pages, and campaign assets2. Data Analytics & ReportingTrack and report on campaign and web performance, i.e. traffic, conversions, funnel behaviour, bounce rates, channel attribution, etc.Build dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI or similar tools to visualise KPIs for internal stakeholdersSupport data-driven campaign planning with predictive models, historical trends, and A/B testing3. Conversion & Booking Funnel OptimisationAnalyse booking funnel performance and identify drop-off points or frictionRecommend and support A/B tests, landing page improvements, and CRO strategies in coordination with UX and tech teamsAlign efforts with revenue and product teams to match demand with offer strategy4. Segmentation & TargetingAnalyse customer segments, i.e. first-time vs. repeat bookers, markets, membership, channels/sources, etc.Provide insights for audience targeting and personalisation effortsHelp refine retargeting and lookalike strategies based on user behaviour and engagement patternsJOB REQUIREMENTS Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines.Minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience in managerial level, preferably in hospitality or aviation industry.Dynamic, resourceful, result-driven with the capability to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner.Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally.Excellent project management and time management.Team player yet able to work independently.Good command of spoken and written skills in English additional languages like Arabic and/or any European language is an advantageBased in UK.
