Civil Engineer - Prestigious Housebuilder Staffordshire /Hybrid working Up to 50,000 + bonus + car/allowance Were looking for a Civil Engineer who wants to do more than just deliver drawings someone who takes real pride in creating beautifully designed developments. Youll be joining a small but highly regarded housebuilder in Staffordshire , known for building exceptional homes with real attention to detail. Its a chance to work closely with an experienced team, make a visible impact on projects, and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working . What youll be doing: ??? Designing and managing roads, drainage, and infrastructure for high-quality residential sites ?? Working with consultants, local authorities, and on-site teams to solve challenges creatively ?? Handling Section 38, 104 & 278 agreements and supporting technical submissions What were looking for: Background in residential or infrastructure civil engineering Confident with AutoCAD and drainage design software (MicroDrainage / Causeway Flow) A proactive problem-solver who enjoys variety and ownership Comfortable travelling across sites in the East and West Midlands This is the perfect opportunity for a civil engineer who wants to be part of something smaller, smarter, and truly respected in the local industry.
