Surface Repair Technician / Magic Man UK-wide site work Hotels & holiday parks Employed: Basic up to 32,000 (40 hrs) OTE c. 45,000 with available overtime Benefits (employed): Company vehicle, fuel card, tools/materials, expenses, unlimited overtime available Also hiring self-employed contractors: Plenty of ongoing, ad-hoc regional work on flexible terms to supplement your own business. (Own vehicle required.) The role Were recruiting on behalf of a national, well-established building, construction and restoration business. Youll carry out on-site surface repairs across hospitality locationsmainly hotels and holiday parkstravelling as part of your working week (paid). Occasional overnight stays may be required and are fully compensated. What youll do Repair chips, scratches, defects and general wear on baths, hotel baths, shower trays and related bathroom surfaces Re-enamel/resurface as required Silicone/mastic sealing in bathroom environments (Nice-to-have) Veneering, re-laminating small cabinets/vanities, polishing, plastic and metal repairs Who were looking for Experienced Surface Repair Technician / Magic Man or Maintenance Technician with relevant repair work under your belt Well also consider a Bathroom Fitter or Car Body Repair Technician with strong transferable skills Full UK driving licence and comfortable with UK-wide travel Employment routes Employed (Permanent, Full-Time) Up to 32,000 basic (40 hours) OTE ~45,000 with available overtime Company vehicle + fuel card, tools, materials and expenses provided Backed by the systems and stability of a large, established enterprise Self-Employed (Contract / Ad-Hoc) Ongoing regional work to top up your own pipeline Flexible terms and assignments across bathroom/surface repair, Magic Man, and sealant/mastic work Own vehicle required How to apply Employed: Send your CV outlining your surface repair/bathroom repair experience and willingness to travel.
