Central Employment are working with a fast growing eCommerce business in County Durham, as they look to expand there in-house Marketing and eCommerce team. We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager who can create and implement marketing plans to work across both divisions of the business, B2B & B2C/eCommerce. The role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who loves making a real difference through data driven decision making; having responsibility and autonomy to deliver; and is passionate about working in a growing, developing business that house a number of strong brands. Main responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: - Analyse and report on marketing campaigns.Create and implement marketing plans to maximise lead generation and customer engagementManage a marketing budget.Lead marketing campaigns and data segmentation.Arrange and negotiate media bookings for internet, print and outdoor and press – for regional franchise marketing needsBuild relationships with external agencies, specifically Performance Marketing and Web DevelopmentWrite PR briefs and drive maximum coverage.Manage and oversee offline and online platforms.Increase brand awareness through tactical and strategic campaignsIncrease website traffic and high-quality leads.Integrated a fully responsive website, PPC, SEO and remarketing campaignsFull analysis of campaigns, activity and ROI.Person Spec: -Experience from Retail, Trade, Consumer or FMCG sectorA Marketing generalist, with knowledge/ experience across both online and offline marketing channels.Experience across both B2B, B2C/eCommerce Marketing channelsThe ability to build a brand marketing campaignsExperience in developing online sales via digital media/channels – SEO, PPC, social media, Paid SocialCan write creative, compelling copy and content to execute digital marketing campaigns and marketing materials and productsConfident in using Google AnalyticsSolid knowledge of Shopify/Shopify plus
