Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and manage content across B2B and B2C social media platforms.Monitor performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve engagement.Coordinate digital PR campaigns and liaise with media outlets.Stay current with digital trends and platform updates.Support the sales team with social selling tactics and content amplification.Assist in the creation of digital assets.Collaborate with internal teams including copywriters and marketing stakeholders.Key AchievementsMinimum 2 years in digital marketing.At least 1 year managing social media channels.Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite.Desirable: Experience in both B2B and B2C environments, PR involvement, and copywriting.Strong understanding of the digital landscape and marketing platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.High level of IT literacy.Self-starter and team player.Adaptable, results-driven, and customer-focused.
