We’re partnering with a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Manchester where you’ll be part of a close-knit technical team delivering first-class support, project work, and on-site installations for SME clients across the Midlands.What You’ll Be Doing:Deliver 2nd Line support remotely and on client sitesResolve escalated incidents across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environmentsMaintain and monitor client networks, routers, and firewallsDeploy laptops, servers, and cloud services for new client projectsDocument technical processes and contribute to continuous improvementKey Skills:Experience in an MSP or IT services environmentSolid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and networking conceptsFamiliarity with VMware/Hyper-V and backup solutions (Veeam, Datto)Full UK driving licence (client site visits required)Desire to progress into project delivery or infrastructure rolesPerks:Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 home)Paid training and exam vouchersProgression into 3rd Line or Infrastructure EngineeringIf you enjoy varied work across multiple client environments and want clear career progression, this role is ideal.
