As part of this growing team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising the company’s IT infrastructure to support seamless operations across all departments.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align business and IT objectives.Technical Problem SolvingDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption.Implement practical, long-term solutions that enhance performance and reliability.Continuous ImprovementStay current with evolving IT trends and technologies.Recommend and implement process and system enhancements to drive efficiency.Email AdministrationManage Exchange Online accounts, distribution lists, and mail flow rules.Troubleshoot email issues, configure forwarding, and maintain security filters.Device ManagementAdminister and secure corporate devices using Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM tools.Enforce company security policies and manage access to resources.Troubleshooting & SupportProvide first and second-line support for Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and network systems.Act as the first point of contact for technical queries across the business.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to IT compliance standards and conduct regular audits.Identify and mitigate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.Access ControlManage access control policies and permissions to safeguard sensitive data.Additional DutiesSupport users with software and hardware issues as needed.Assist with wider IT initiatives to support business goals.Key Skills and QualificationsStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and SharePoint developmentExperience with Azure Active Directory (AD) and Power PlatformFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles and trainingSkilled in device management (Intune or equivalent)Excellent troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network systemsExperience in project management and network diagnosticsUnderstanding of AI-driven process automationKey StakeholdersInternal: All departments across the company External:IT equipment and service providersMicrosoft 365 development partner (Intelogy)Hardware and finance software partner (Intact)Why Join?Work with a company that values innovation and technical excellence.Be part of a team that supports your professional growth and development.Play a crucial role in shaping IT infrastructure and security for a growing business.If you’re passionate about IT, security, and driving digital improvement we’d love to hear from you.
