Microsoft Power Platform Developer An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a forward-thinking, employee-owned organisation known for delivering innovative, award-winning projects across the UK.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building creative digital solutions and wants to contribute to process improvement through technology. You’ll work alongside a senior developer to design, develop, and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI -helping to streamline operations and enable data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customise applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).Automate and optimise workflows with Power Automate.Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.Collaborate with colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications.Assist the IT team with general user support and system maintenance when required.Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform capabilities and best practices.Skills & ExperienceEssential:Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Strong understanding of Dataverse and data modelling principles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.Desirable:Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.Familiarity with SQL and data management.Basic knowledge of JavaScript or C# for custom integrations.What’s on OfferBonus schemeHybrid working (3 days office-based)Free on-site parkingInterested?
