If you’re passionate about tech and enjoy solving problems, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic environment.What you’ll do:Provide first-line IT support and troubleshootingResolve issues with networking, software, and printingAdminister Active Directory & Windows (10+)Support Google Workspace and mobile devicesDeliver great customer service and user trainingWhat we’re looking for:Degree in IT or equivalent experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience in a business IT environmentHands-on approach with a can-do attitudeThis can be structured as a 3-month fixed term contract role which provides a base salary of £25,000 (Pro rata) or a £120 p/d day rate (Inside IR35).In terms of working structure, this role is part time with 3 days working week. 2 days in their Middlebrook office and one from home.
