Change Manager – Brentford (Hybrid) – 3 Months (Initial) – £525 p/d (Inside IR35)A leading pharmaceutical client is seeking a Change Manager to support the rollout of a new employee wellbeing initiative across their domestic and global offices.This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a global movement focused on creating psychologically safe, supportive, and thriving workplaces.The ideal Change Manager will have the following skills and experience:Proven experience working as a Change and/or Communications ManagerStrong background in communication designSolid change management expertiseExperience implementing a refined strategy and engagement planExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsRate: £500–£550 p/d (Inside IR35)Location: Brentford (1–2 days per week onsite)Duration: 3 Months (Rolling)If you're an experienced Change and Communications Professional with previous experience working on employee wellbeing initiatives, please apply!
