Our technology integrates cloud-based platforms, mobile apps, and IoT devices to deliver smarter AT driven software...Your RoleAs a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our support operations, handling escalations from 1st line teams and working closely with engineering to resolve complex issues.Key Responsibilities:Provide 2nd line technical support across EUC (End User Computing), Microsoft technologies (Windows 10/11, M365, Azure), and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to including integrations with hardware and cloud services.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement.Support onboarding and configuration of new customer environments.Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and SLAs.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a 2nd line support or IT operations role.Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows OS, Active Directory, M365, Azure.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs.Experience with EUC tools and remote support platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
