Job title: Account ManagerLocation: RemoteContract Length: 6 months (potential to extend)Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of a well known company in the FMCG (food) sector.Job RoleThe key function of this role is to drive profitable NSV growth of two major grocery accounts in the given market. The role will involve managing the operational customer relationships internally and externally, including owning the operational commercial relationships within customers.The role is responsible for:The Customer Development Manager is responsible for achieving profitable sales and category growth within two key grocery accounts.Leading development and execution of business plan/JBPCreating and executing customer plans that deliver company and customer objectives and espouse category leadership principles.Ensuring good customer relationships and influence at customer head office to implement solutions (e.g. sales revenue, trade revenue optimisation, customer profitability, category growth, product range, new product launches, placement and pricing) throughout the chain that deliver mutually beneficial results for the customer and company.Executing all agreed to solutions with the customer to include accurate, timely forecasting, detailed follow through and efficient trade revenue optimisation to an agreed budget.Devising and ensuring the omni-channel growth within the customerRequirements for this position: Experience within FMCG food, ideally discount channelsSales experience that includes selling, negotiating, and leveraging insights to deliver customised customer plans, achieving company and customer objectives, and advancing Category LeadershipCustomer experience with direct and head office customers delivering solutions that cover product, placement, promotion and/ or pricing; with a track record of meeting/ exceeding sales objectives, establishing effective business relationships with key decision makers at multiple levelsWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
