Our roles take you off the motorway and put you in the driving seat of your career”.Job ProfileAs a vKAM Respiratory Specialist for Bionical Virtual Engagement you will work remotely to deliver sales interactions to a range of Healthcare Professionals using the latest innovative industry leading digital technology. This involves representing the Clients of Bionical, selling and promoting respiratory products to predefined target customers. Although this will be predominantly in Primary Care, a good understanding of the NHS is required, as this role will involve discussing local guidance and patient pathways. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales and deliver activity targets and Key Performance Indicators as set by Bionical Virtual Engagement and the Client. Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and effective implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for each Client project. Facilitate detailed discussions and sales interactions with Healthcare Professionals in primary care regarding the relevant product, disease area and local NHS guidelines. Co-create and maintain effective account plans to drive outcomes on a predefined customer base. Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with Healthcare Professionals and administrative staff in key predefined accounts; To book appointments and hold meetings to engage in discussions that will result in a behavioural change. Provide accurate and timely data regarding the brand and various therapy insights when requested. Exhibit effective communication on multiple digital platforms and converse with callers in a professional manner. Deliver all interactions using appropriate material in line with Standard Operating Procedures set by Bionical and the Client, and in accordance with the ABPI code of conduct. Maintain Customer Resource Management systems and Bionical measurement systems, as per minimum daily and weekly standards. Respond to all Customer enquiries in a timely manner, following Standard Operating Procedures for Medical Information and Adverse Event. May occasionally be required to attend face to face client meetings, such as sales meetings or training that could involve an overnight stay. Key Requirements of the Role:A proven track record of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a remote selling role. ABPI qualificationDemonstrate recent disease and product knowledge in the respiratory market.
