Theyre seeking an IT Technician to provide dependable 1st and 2nd line support across a range of environments.This role involves resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and printers, performing system installations and updates, and helping to maintain infrastructure and security systems. Youll work directly with end-users, ensuring support requests are handled efficiently while building strong working relationships.Key Responsibilities:Deliver 1st/2nd line technical supportDiagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, printers, and networksPerform installations, updates, and configuration tasksSupport the maintenance of infrastructure, backups, and basic security systemsLog and manage support tickets using a helpdesk systemCommunicate clearly with users and escalate more complex issues where necessaryKey Requirements:Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support roleGood understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networkingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple support tasks effectively
