Youll manage customer orders from start to finish processing sales orders, issuing works orders, and keeping production and sales teams aligned every step of the way. What Youll Do Process and verify sales orders, including custom requirements Liaise with production to issue works orders and confirm delivery dates Check pricing, product codes, and quantities for accuracy Support cost estimation and prepare customer quotes Keep pricing documentation and order logs up to date About You Experience in Sales Administration , Customer Service , or Manufacturing Confident using Excel and working with pricing or costing data Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communicator across teams Enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical environment Why Youll Love It Here Be part of a team that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
