We are currently seeking an Mechanical Engineering professional with a genuine desire for people development. No training experience needed; all training will be provided by the employer. This role is based at a training centre in Rochester, with working from home 1-2 days per week. The Mechanical Instructor role will require you to be involved in teaching, coaching and mentoring young learners undertaking L3 & L4 qualifications. You will be a time served Mechanical Engineer with maintenance or design experience. If you have a teaching qualificaton or an assessors award, great! If you do not hold these qualifications but have a genuine desire to move into a training role, enjoy working in a learning environment and hold sound experience in the engineering sector, my client would like to hear from you. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
