The Production Manager will take full ownership of factory output, production planning, and team performance across both powder and liquid product lines.Key Responsibilities:Production & PlanningOversee daily manufacturing operations including blending, filling, labelling, and packagingManage production schedules and adjust plans based on changing demandMaintain accurate work orders, yields, and production data in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)Team LeadershipLead, train, and motivate production operators and shift leadersSet performance goals and ensure a safe, high-quality working environmentQuality, Safety & ComplianceUphold HACCP, GMP, and Health & Safety standardsEnsure accurate batch records, allergen control, and traceabilityInventory & Materials ControlCoordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to maintain materials flowEnsure BOM accuracy, batch control, and real-time inventory managementContinuous ImprovementTrack KPIs on output, waste, and downtimeDrive efficiency and implement LEAN principlesProduction Manager Requirements3+ years in FMCG, food, beverage, or nutraceutical manufacturingProven experience managing production teamsStrong ERP (preferably NetSuite) and Excel/Sheets skillsWorking knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and safety practicesExcellent leadership, organisation, and communication skillsPreferredHACCP Level 3+, IOSH, or Food Safety qualificationExperience with powder and liquid formatsWhat’s on OfferThis is an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Leadership role with direct operational influenceSalary £35,000 + benefitsCareer growth opportunities in a dynamic manufacturing setting
