This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving plant reliability at a high-performing, safety-focused facility known for excellent staff retention and long-term career development. What youll do Carry out mechanical inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment. Lead planned and preventative maintenance activities (SAP-based). Oversee contractors and ensure safe systems of work (PTW). Support site reliability and continuous improvement projects. Contribute to a proactive maintenance culture within the engineering team. About you Time-served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering . Strong hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, and rotating machinery . Background in ATEX and COMAH or similar high-hazard environments. Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills.
