Support Worker FTE salary is 24,375.00 per annum (based on 12.50ph) Dorking Drivers with a full UK license. Supported Living service supporting 6 male PWS (Prader-Willi syndrome), all of whom are fairly independent, and 1 of who is a wheelchair user, therefore staff need to be comfortable hoisting (training required) . These guys love to be outdoors all the time, they do gardening club and rambles every week, to be supported to find volunteering or paid jobs, to live as independently as possible, all have a great sense of humour. Overview Full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) worked fully flexible across the 7-day week, according to the needs of the service. Shift times are typically earlies (7am-2pm), lates (2pm-9pm) and sleep ins (9pm-11pm + sleep in till 7am) however, hours can vary so flexibility required. If a Sleep in is required, thensleep ins are paid at an additonal flat rate of 40.00 per sleep in.
