We are working together to strengthen the building surveying team with the addition of an Associate Building Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor whos ready to take a step up into an Associate role or an existing Associate whos looking for more autonomy, better work-life balance, and the chance to make a real impact within a respected regional practice. The Role Managing and delivering a variety of professional and project-based surveying work. Acting as lead surveyor on refurbishments, planned maintenance and improvement schemes. Undertaking condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis and technical due diligence. Developing client relationships and helping to grow the business. Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors. Acting as an Employers Agent/lead Contract administrator Associate Building Surveyor MRICS/MCIOB qualified (or very close to achieving chartership). Broad experience across both project and professional services. Confident client communicator with good commercial awareness. Strong leadership and team development skills. Why apply?
