SEND TA Enfield Immediate Start Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in Education? SEND TA Key Responsibilities: Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team, SENDCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning. Working with small groups and 1-to-1 sessions. Providing support to students with SEND. As a SEND TA you will need to ensure that youre creating a safe and comfortable environment for the students. SEND TA What the role offers: A weekly pay starting at 444. Holiday pay included. Time off during school holidays. Free car parking available on the premises. Guidance and support if you would like to further your career and become a Teacher. SEND TA Ideal Candidate: A relevant First-Class degree or 2:1 from a Top 30 University or Russell Group. Ideally a Psychology graduate. Ideally some experience working with children or exposure to SEND. Valid Visa and ideally an Enhanced DBS. Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students with additional needs progress.
