What youll do: Deliver a full range of services including cutting, colouring, relaxers, styling, and treatments Provide expert advice on hair care and styling products Support and guide team members (Senior Stylists only) Upsell services and retail products in a natural, client-focused way Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming workspace Step in with front-of-house duties when required Consistently deliver an outstanding client experience What were looking for Experienced in AFRO hair NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years salon floor experience Skilled in working within a luxury or high-end environment Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional approach Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced salon Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques Flexible schedule evenings and Saturdays required Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset Willingness to attend training and keep ahead in the industry Benefits Competitive pay with bonus scheme, commission, and tips Annual performance bonus Staff pension scheme Employee discounts on products and services Flexible working options where possibleIf youre passionate about creating show stopping looks while delivering the highest standard of client care, wed love to hear from you.
