Goods-In & Replenishment Manager Permanent Role Hours of work - 0800 - 1600 (however these hours can vary as you will be responsible for 3 shifts) Role Overview You will be responsible for managing all Goods-In and Replenishment operations across three shifts, ensuring accurate stock intake, efficient replenishment, and strong team performance. This role requires hands-on leadership, operational planning, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. With 2 direct reports and a team of 18, you will drive productivity, maintain high accuracy levels, and ensure a positive, engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities ? Lead and manage Goods-In & Replenishment functions across all shifts ? Oversee a team of 18, including 2 direct reports ? Manage department budgets and work closely with Finance ? Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting ? Hold team meetings, appraisals and support staff development ? Monitor KPI performance and take corrective action where required ? Partner with Stock Control, Dispatch, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve queries efficiently ? Plan staffing levels, holiday cover, and overtime to meet workload demands ? Ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated twice per year ? Manage stock movements between main warehouse and 3PL storage ? Drive space optimisation and effective bulk location consolidation ? Maintain high housekeeping standards and safe working practices ? Lead MHE maintenance planning and incident investigations What We're Looking For ? 35 years leadership experience in a warehouse or production environment ? Strong understanding of warehouse processes and Health & Safety practice ? Excellent Excel and IT system skills ? Able to build strong internal working relationships ? Results-driven with excellent attention to detail ? Confident and effective people manager, able to motivate and coach teams ?
