Youll lead a team of operators to deliver on key performance indicators across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, while fostering a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader include:Lead, coach, and inspire a team of skilled production operatorsEnsure all production processes run safely, efficiently, and to planMonitor key metrics such as OEE, downtime, and scrap, taking proactive steps to address any issuesProvide detailed handover reports and maintain clear communication across shiftsChampion a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance at all timesLead by example in the correct use of PPE and hazard awarenessMaintain quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Identify and escalate non-conformances while driving effective resolutionsLead 5S and continuous improvement projects, engaging your team in problem-solving and innovationDeliver daily team briefings, ensuring KPIs and priorities are clearly understoodCollaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Maintenance, and PlanningWere looking for Production Team Leaders with the below skills & experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturingStrong understanding of production processes and performance metricsExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Decisive leadership and problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility to support alternative shift patternsFor more details on this role please contact Emma Bartholomew or Jonny Powell at Elevation Recruitment Group
