General Building Operative needed in South Littleton, Worcestershire The rate is 13.05ph PAYE This is a temporary role The reference number is: 451293 The successful candidate will carry out routine repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties and will undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs. Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property. Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy. Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
