Mobile Maintenance Plumber Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas Salary: 36,000 38,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday A leading facilities management and building services company is looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join their growing team. Covering Birmingham and the surrounding areas, youll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work across commercial sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and reliable engineer looking for a stable mobile role with long-term career prospects. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings Service and repair hot and cold-water systems, pipework, valves, and sanitary ware Work on TMVs, water heaters, pumps, and general plumbing systems Support compliance tasks including temperature checks and L8 monitoring Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely Complete job reports and documentation accurately Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery Travel between sites across the Birmingham region Skills & Experience Required: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) Experience working within commercial maintenance or facilities management essential Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of water systems, pumps, and pipework installations Excellent communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence essential Whats on Offer: Salary between 36,000 38,000 per annum Company van + fuel card Monday to Friday working hours Overtime available for additional earnings Training and development opportunities within a growing FM business TPBN1_UKTJ
