So it’s an amazing place to develop and further your skills.The RoleYou’ll be the SEO lead for a range of clients, managing everything from strategy development and technical audits to performance reporting and optimisation. You’ll work closely with content creators, developers, and account managers to deliver campaigns that drive results and align with client goals.You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth, making strategic recommendations, and ensuring websites meet the latest technical and user experience standards. You’ll also stay on top of emerging trends—especially the growing impact of AI and generative search—and bring fresh thinking to how we future-proof client campaigns.Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar SEO role (agency or client-side)Strong knowledge of technical, on-site, and off-site SEOAbility to identify and resolve technical SEO issuesFamiliarity with HTML and a solid understanding of website structureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Joomla, Shopify, etc.)Skilled in using SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, SE Ranking, Majestic, etc.)Confident using Google products (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio)Interest in Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and emerging AI search trendsDesirable:Basic HTML and CSS knowledgeExperience with A/B testing and CROGoogle certifications (Analytics, Tag Manager)Understanding of cookie management and data privacyBenefitsYou’ll enjoy a hybrid working model with a minimum of two days in the office each week.
