The OpportunityThis is an opportunity for Marketing Manager to join a Peterborough based medical equipment business who develop products and services to make life easier for people with a variety of medical conditions. This is a business which is genuinely passionate about making real difference to people’s lives.The role of the Marketing Manager is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong experience of implementing brand strategy and delivering on key projects within the healthcare sector? You will be a pivotal member of a well-established team, playing a crucial role in shaping and executing the strategy for their most extensive and valuable product portfolio with Healthcare Professionals being your target audience.This is a permanent job opportunity located in Peterborough with hybrid working available (2-3 days in the office per week). You will receive a competitive basic salary in the region of £50-60k with an additional Car Allowance and bonus up to 25%. Please be aware there will be some travel required to events and regional meetings in this post.Key responsibilitiesDesign and coordinate the implementation of marketing plans targeted at healthcare professionalsAnalyse the market and the results of the range to monitor and adjust the resources implemented according to the results obtained as well as input into forecasting and business planningDevelop an increased understanding of how your portfolio operates in the UK and how these services and products are driven within those services by field-based sales and clinical teamsContribute to the strategic brand plan, localise and execute multi-channel campaigns. Able to communicate product benefits to all customer groupsLead cross functional teams to drive growth. This will include working with local and Global Products and brands, sales team payers & trade, consumer marketing and internal clinical teamsImplement and execute approved programs, which include promotion, pricing, product improvement, and packaging plansPrepare and present campaigns and materials at national and regional eventsInitiate and optimise relationships with key opinion leadersParticipate in defining strategic directions in collaboration with the Corporate team at HQ (R&D, Global Marketing, Quality...) as well as in discussions regarding the development of new productsAbout YouThe ideal candidate will be an experienced, enthusiastic and results oriented marketer who can take a strategic view of the market and identify growth opportunities.
