Laboratory Spa and Health ClubsAn incredible fitness industry positionLab Coach (Fitness Instructor) - Full Time 40 Hours per weekThe Laboratory is an independent multi award winning private health club whom have some of the most experienced and knowledgeable Fitness Professionals in the industry within the team.We endeavour to deliver the highest quality service standards to a diverse membership which ranges from top professional sports performers through to the aged athlete and beginners alike whom are just starting their health and fitness journey.We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Lab Coach (Fitness Instructor) to join the team whom also wants to develop their Fitness Professional career further towards Personal Training with an OTE 36k - 45k per annum.Your Initial annual salary once probation has been passed, with delivering a minimum of 5x PT sessions per week is 29-32k per annum.So, if you have the right attitude, work ethic, are reliable, enthusiastic and wish to change peoples lives for the better through training and the application of human movement, then we want to meet you!The Role: Responsible for maintaining our high gym floor standards of member interaction with exercise outcomes consistently every shift Encouraging safe and effective practice/technique from all gym users Ensuring the gym floor and equipment is kept clean and tidy and all health and safety procedures are being followed Delivering complimentary First Consultations and Re-focus appointmentsThe right person must be: Motivating, enthusiastic, empathetic, professional and reliable Level 3 qualified preferred but not required Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification Able to work a variety of shifts Morning/evening/weekends A strong team playerSome of our existing PTs have been with us for over 12 years and if you would like to be considered for the Lab Coach role its the first step towards longevity and success as a Personal Trainer and your fitness career!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits: Gym membership Internal Lab Academy of Excellence trainingWork remotely NoSponsorship NoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From 12.21 per hourBenefits: Employee discount Gym membership On-site gymSchedule: 8 hour shiftLicence/Certification: Level 2 Gym Instructor (required)Work Location: In person
