Doing amazing things with data, campaigning, strategy and making sure we sustain our business is in our DNA and allows us to surface key insights that both enable our operational teams to deliver value add activities and drive our commercial performance.As aSales Support Advisor, youll be the voice of EDF for customers exploring our energy and electric vehicle (EV) solutions. Youll guide them through their journey, provide expert advice, and help them make informed choicesall while delivering exceptional service and meeting compliance standards.If you have previous experience in a sales or customer service environment, then we would love for you to apply!Pay, benefits and cultureAlongside a starting salary of 25,719, potential to earn 3% bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a market-leading pension scheme.
