The Role We are seeking a motivated and experiencedDeputy Operations Managerto join our senior team. This is a key leadership role within the organisation, supporting the Operations Manager and providing direct oversight and guidance to our Service Managers. Key Responsibilities Include: Oversee the day to day operations of multiple care services Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards Lead, motivate, and develop service managers and frontline teams Drive, continuous improvement in support delivery, occupancy, and outcomes Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve KPIs Build strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and families Champion a culture of person-centred care and staff wellbeing What Were Looking For: A minimum of2 years' experience in the care sector Provenexperience managing peopleand leading teams Amanagement qualification(e.g. ILM, NVQ in Management) Level 4 qualification(or equivalent) in Health & Social Care Strong knowledge of care sector regulatory bodies and compliance standards A commitment to continuous improvement and values-led leadership Why Join Us?
