NEW CONTRACT ROLE - FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN (LEVEL 2) UK-Based Candidates Only | Contract to 19th December 2025 (extensions likely)| Field-Based Across Multiple UK Regions To apply, email: THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for several experienced Field Service Technicians (Level 2) to join an established UK organisation on a long-running nationwide programme. This role involves providing break/fix deskside hardware support across HP and Lenovo devices, working independently within your assigned region to deliver fast and effective onsite repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for field engineers with strong hardware troubleshooting experience who are available immediately and comfortable travelling across their local area. THE ROLE As a Field Service Technician, you will: Attend customer sites to complete break/fix repairs across laptops and desktops Manage and action service requests via the mobile ticketing app Collect required parts from designated morning pick-up points Diagnose, strip down, repair, rebuild and test hardware Travel within your region (mileage and parking expenses claimable) TECHNICAL SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS Proven Level 2 field service engineering experience Strong break/fix hardware skills (HP / Lenovo ideally) HP or Lenovo SQ-trained (advantageous but not essential) Ability to strip down, diagnose and rebuild laptop/desktop hardware Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Strong communication, organisation and time management Immediate availability due to project urgency LOCATIONS AVAILABLE Southampton (South Coast) Oxford / Reading Cambridge / Peterborough Nottingham East Midlands Doncaster / Leeds London (City x2) London (SW) TO BE CONSIDERED Please apply directly by emailing with your CV and availability.
