FLAT ROOFER / ROOFER RETROFIT / SOCIAL HOUSING (LONDON & SURROUNDING AREAS) Day Rate: 190200 per day (CIS / Ltd, depending on experience) Location: London (Greater London & surrounding areas) Start Date: Immediate Start Duration: Ongoing work (2+ years of roofs in pipeline) Are you an experienced Flat Roofer looking for consistent, well-organised work? Were supporting a major retrofit and social housing delivery partner who urgently needs skilled flat roofers to help deliver a growing programme of roofing renewals across London. Work includes strip-outs, decking inspections, insulation, torch-on systems, and general flat roofing refurbishments. If you take pride in delivering quality roofs, working safely, and finishing jobs to a high standard, wed love to hear from you. What Youll Be Doing Flat roof strip-outs and preparation Installing new flat roofing systems: Torch-on felt Single ply GRP / liquid systems Inspecting and repairing decking/substrate Installing insulation (warm/cold roofs) Completing edge details, trims, flashings Ensuring clean, tidy, safe working areas Uploading before/during/after photos through the site app Completing full roofs within agreed timescales (typically 2 days) What Were Looking For ? Proven experience in flat roofing ? Skilled with at least one system (torch-on, single ply, GRP, liquid) ? Good reliability and communication ? Able to work independently or as part of a two-man team ? CSCS card preferred ? Working at heights tickets beneficial ? Own tools (materials provided) ? Can travel or work away if required (digs covered on some jobs) Why Apply?
