Sports Activity Coordinator Inspiring Active Lives Location: Eastleigh Salary: up to 110 a day Start Date: ASAP About the Role Were looking for an energetic and passionate Sports Activity Coordinator to lead and deliver engaging physical activity programmes for children, young people, and the wider community. Youll be the driving force behind our sports sessions, events, and wellbeing initiativesmaking movement fun, inclusive, and accessible to all. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of sports and physical activity sessions Engage participants of all ages and abilities, promoting teamwork and healthy lifestyles Organise sports events, tournaments, and enrichment activities Monitor attendance, feedback, and impact to continuously improve provision Liaise with schools, community groups, and external partners to expand reach Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and risk assessments are in place and followed What Were Looking For Experience in sports coaching, PE teaching, or activity coordination Excellent communication and organisational skills A positive, proactive attitude and ability to motivate others Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) First Aid and Safeguarding training desirable Why Join Us?
