The role Were looking for an Assistant Director to make an impact at Triathlon Homes. Triathlon provides the affordable housing at East Village, London E20. Were looking for a great communicator with exceptional influencing and project management skills who can make things happen. The role As our Assistant Director, youll be responsible for developing and establishing key strategy areas, youll have the responsibility for the management of contracts delivering resident focussed housing management and maintenance services to Triathlon Homes tenants, shared owners and leaseholders. Youll need to work with third parties to facilitate a significant building safety remediation programme always advocating the needs of Triathlon Homes and its residents. Youll also be adept at partnership working and need to understand the legal and regulatory context of our work. Southern Housing is recruiting this role on behalf of Triathlon Homes. You will be employed by Southern Housing, but your responsibilities are to the Board of Triathlon Homes, and you will report to its Managing Director. The post is an interim position for up to two years. Youll be based at Triathlons office in Stratford or at our office in Farringdon. This roleis offered on Fixed Term Basis until 30 November 2027 .Theres the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager. Regular visits to the Triathlon Homes office in Stratford are required. What Youll Need: Experience of working at a senior level delivering housing services in a regulated environment A thorough understanding of tenancy and leasehold management and the key delivery functions Experience of working in a customer focused environment with a strong commitment to customer care and positive outcomes Excellent range of communication, influencing and negotiation skills enabling you to work effectively with external partners, residents and legal services to deliver agreed outcomes Contract management experience Project management leadership skills and experience Competent knowledge of the relevant housing, leasehold and safety legislation Please include specific examples demonstrating how you meet the above seven criteria in your supporting statement.
