Role Details As a Customer Projects Executive you will be supporting the successful delivery of customer projects from product sourcing and range reviews to menu changes and category management initiatives. Youll play a key role in driving business growth by ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and aligned with strategic goals. Some responsibilities of the role include: Lead and support customer projects including: Product sourcing and launches, Range reviews, Menu changes, Category management initiatives Maintain and manage the Commercial Project Tracker Coordinate project meetings, updates, and stakeholder communications Collaborate with Sales and Buying teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation Analyse project performance and contribute to commercial KPIs Provide cover for the Customer Projects Manager when required Promote food safety, data integrity, and ESG goals across all activities The Ideal Candidate: Strong IT and administration skills (Excel proficiency essential) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Commercially aware with a solutions-focused mindset Experience in project management, customer service, or executive support roles Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects Desirable: Experience in the foodservice sector or similar operational environment Familiarity with project management principles and large-scale customer projects Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Benefits: 33 Days of annual leave, Living Wage Foundation Employer, Life Assurance, Savings Scheme, Training & Development Opportunities, Discounted Staff Purchases, Staff Lottery, Auto-enrolment Pension Scheme, Online Discounts Package and many more.
