We are currently recruiting Pickers to join our busy Despatch team at Pilgrim's Europe in Corsham . As a Despatch Picker , you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. Key Information: Competitive pay rate Permanent, stable employment Shift pattern: MonFri, 08:00am - 16:00pm Supportive and safe working environment Training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately and within specification. Ensure all pallets are stacked and labelled correctly. Follow correct picking procedures at all times. Ensure all stock is picked in rotation and scanned correctly. Check all pallets before loading and ensure lorries are loaded safely. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Report any non-standard conditions immediately. Carry out additional duties site-wide as required. Skills & Knowledge Previous picking experience is an advantage. Ability to work in a chilled environment.
