Our client based in Lincoln is a leading provider of Fresh Produce and they require Despatch Operatives to join the Despatch Teams in the run up to a very busy Christmas 2025 season. These are great opportunities with excellent rates of pay, ideal for earning the extra money up to the Festive Holidays. We are offering both Day and Night shifts, 12 hours at the hourly rates of pay at 14.11 per hour and 15.85 per hour. We can be flexible on the number of days worked within a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - but ideally you will work 4 of your rotational days. Key Responsibilities Handballing - manual loading and unloading of stock Supporting despatch and goods-out operations Following health and safety procedures at all times Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Requirements Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling work Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic Previous warehouse or despatch experience is desirable but not essential Ideally you will have your own transport as the site is fairly remote, however all applicants will be considered at this busy time.
