Working as part of an experienced billing team, you'll take ownership of key client billing relationships and play a pivotal role in ensuring billing accuracy and smooth cash flow across the organisation. How you'll make an impact As E-Billing Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing electronic billing across a diverse client portfolio. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure billing data is accurate, submissions are on time, and payments are received efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the main point of contact for client onboarding and E-Billing setup Managing client billing platforms, ensuring information is captured accurately and files are correctly formatted for submission Handling LEDES and other billing file types to ensure first-time successful uploads Reviewing billing platforms regularly and resolving rejections or queries quickly Producing weekly reports with commentary for management review Leading progress updates and supporting the resolution of aged debt Maintaining accurate portal data and ensuring all information is current and compliant Identifying opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve accuracy Supporting the wider billing and finance teams during peak periods such as month-end and year-end Why our client is excited about you You're analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment.
