Job Description

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded firm. You'll be part of a busy property department, playing a key role in the team's continued success. Due to a retirement in the team you will take over an active caseload, and this position would suit an Associate or Senior Associate level individual. Position Overview You'll take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters from instruction through to completion. The work is varied and stimulating, ranging from standard sales and purchases to more technical matters such as lease extensions, re-mortgages, and trust-related transactions. While you'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, this is also a collaborative role, offering the chance to support and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of the department.
