Compliance Contracts Officer Nottingham 38,731 - 43,521 per annum Do you want to help keep people safe in their homes and ensure our properties meet the highest compliance standards? Were looking for a Compliance Contracts Officerto join our dedicated team and play a vital role in delivering landlord compliance across our property portfolio. About the Role As a Compliance Contracts Officer, youll be at the heart of our compliance operations, ensuring that our homes meet all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will: Oversee the delivery of landlord asset compliance programmes, including Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, LOLER, and other essential inspections Monitor compliance performance, identify risksand take proactive steps to resolve non-compliance issues Support procurement processes, manage contractsand ensure contractors deliver high-quality, safe services Carry out inspections and assist with refurbishment, maintenance and repair projects Produce clear, auditable reports to demonstrate compliance and inform decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and wellbeing of thousands of customers across our communities. About You Were looking for someone who shares our passion for safety and quality.
