This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected UK leader in bespoke joinery for Commercial, Residential and Specialist projects. Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support both HQ operations and multiple project sites across London. This market-leading interiors manufacturer delivers high-value joinery solutions to major contractors and requires a motivated H&S professional to ensure compliance, strengthen procedures, and support site teams with practical, proactive safety guidance. You will take responsibility for site inspections, RAMS development, accident investigations, ISO support and communication between internal departments, subcontractors and main contractors. You will also play a key role in developing safe systems of work, implementing new initiatives, and maintaining companywide Health, Safety and Environmental standards. Responsibilities: Carry out site inspections and liaise with site management on findings Attend H&S meetings and report observations and actions required Produce Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments and Method Statements Review drawings and programme dates to prepare accurate installation RAMS Liaise with subcontractors to obtain and approve project RAMS Develop and introduce new safety initiatives, SSOWs and procedures Support accident investigations, reporting under RIDDOR Assist with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and Environmental policies Chair internal Health & Safety Forums and produce minutes Maintain up-to-date knowledge of H&S legislation and communicate relevant changes Ensure high standards of professionalism and quality across all activities The Person: NEBOSH General or Construction Ability to travel weekly to London Keywords: Health & Safety, NEBOSH, Construction, Joinery, Manufacturing, London, RAMS, ISO, HSE Advisor, Site Safety Reference: BBBH 22775 If you're looking for a technically rewarding role with a supportive, expanding business - this could be the perfect next step in your career.
